I Need a Hero

Gender-specific language aside, who do you admire? Why do you admire them? Your admiration tells you a lot about what you value in a role-model, a leader, or an inspirational figure.

Try to lead in ways that bring out the best in yourself… and in those around you. Try to make your actions above reproach. And forgive yourself if you fall short, but then use that experience to improve your future actions and decisions. Be worthy of emulation, but don’t strive for admiration. Just be the best version of yourself as often as possible.
