Affirm the value of the people around you

Inspiring leaders don’t have a “Hey, look at how awesome I am!” attitude. Inspiring leaders have a “Hey, look at you! Look at what you’ve done! Look at how great you are for the team!” attitude.

Build up your people. Don’t just assume that they know how much you respect and value them—TELL them how much you respect and value them.
