And neither are your team members

I love doing a job well.

But that is what I DO, not who I AM.

Remember we are people. Treat one another with humanity. Ask people politely—don’t order them around. Do what you can to leave the career role at the office at the end of the day. Help your people find fulfillment and satisfaction in their work roles—don’t treat them like cogs in the industry machine.
