And how about your people? Are you making sure that everyone is making the right contribution?

EVERYONE has something valuable to contribute.
Make sure that the people who do excellent detail work are in roles to use that skill.
Make sure that the people who build cohesive teams are able to team-build.
Make sure that the go-getters have goals to achieve.

Consider what people love to do, what people excel at, and what the team, clients, and company need done. Assign people accordingly.

If you can put the right team members in the right roles, then you can bring out the best in all of your people. Don’t waste their talents, or your own.
