I also like to consider ways to make things more efficient in general. As leaders, we may think of some of these ourselves, but it’s also a good idea to ask your team members to consider ways that their workload can be streamlined.
A template or checklist, so that people don’t need to reinvent the wheel with every job?
A change to the office set-up, so that the paper recycling isn’t all the way across the room from the printer?
A system update that makes tasks faster, more efficient, or that requires less training to use?
