Effective leadership focuses on THEM—it’s not about ME. It may seem like a contradiction, but when we grow our leadership, we make improvements in our own behavior… in order to improve the behavior of OTHERS.

Your actions as a leader are not about, “Hey, look how great I am!”
Your actions are about bringing out the greatness in THEM.
