What do you want to do? Why will that be a good thing for the team?

Leaders need to think proactively, not just reactively. Figure out what you want for your team and convey that vision to them. Inspire them! Build their buy-in. Help them see the value.

It’s good to have a well-oiled machine doing high-quality work for your existing clients. But consider where you what more you want for the team in the next three years. Then make it happen.
