What kind of leader do YOU like to follow?

Reflect on what inspires you in your own leadership role models. Communication? Empathy? Confidence? Competence? Integrity? Inspiration? Accessibility? Humility? Charisma?

The things that inspire you will often inspire others. Work to be the best version of yourself as a leader. Don’t “fake it,” but figure out what skills and qualities that YOU have will be an asset to the team. Base your leadership on those, and grow from there.
