Take a Stand

Speaking truth to power is scary. Do it anyway.
Your people need you to speak up for what is right.
Don’t stay quiet and hope it all blows over.
Don’t stay quiet and leave your people dangling without support.
Speak up when you see a problem.
Speak up as though your team members are watching you.
Speak up as though your children and grandchildren are watching you.
Don’t be afraid of what you might lose in the short-term. Act to preserve what matters in the long-term, including your integrity and the respect of your people.
