Summer Hours
Does your company follow summer hours?
If you have the option, it’s a great way to keep up morale and retention.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, if your team members have the option to work remotely on Friday morning and end their work-week work by midday, they will have improved work/life balance. They will get more family time, social time, outdoor time, relaxation time, and rejuvenation time.
It’s pretty simple to implement a policy so that no in-person meetings are scheduled on Fridays. What else would need to change to make this happen in your firm?
Now, this is not an option for every company, of course, but if it would work for yours, you might want to give it a try.
