If there is something big that you are trying to accomplish, do a little of it every day.
It will add up and lead to more permanent improvements than a New-Year’s-resolution-style “big change.”
Put daily reminders on your schedule, or your calendar, or set up a phone alert. Each repetition will reinforce your neural connections, which will build your comfort and skill with what you are doing, as well as normalizing it as part of your routine. And those little bits add up over time.
What is something you think needs to be done to make your team (or just yourself) more successful? Put a few minutes into your schedule today (and each day in the rest of the week) to make progress. See what you can get done, and then see what you can do next week, and so on.
