Respect Your People
Your people devote so much time and effort to the jobs they do for you, your team, your clients, and your company.
They have the choice to work in other places. Make sure they feel valued, respected, and appreciated when they choose to work with you.
And set expectations with the people who interact with you—you deserve that respect, too. As do their coworkers. Work to create a virtuous cycle of people treating each other well. It’s great to work in such a wonderful, high-morale, high-productivity, high-retention environment.
