Let your people know you see their good work
Too often, we forget to give positive feedback.
If you have someone complete a task, give them positive feedback.
Give positive feedback for good efforts, even if the task is still ongoing.
Compliment good attitudes. Praise team-building. Acknowledge the assist, not just the person who scored the goal.
Be sincere and authentic. Look for the good, and let people know when you see it.
