What's on YOUR List?

I usually write these posts based on conversations, questions, and insights from the past 24 hours. And when I googled “leadership qualities,” I ended up with several lists like this one:

What struck me, though, is that while the lists often had a lot of overlap, they also had differences. Now, we know that effective leaders can use many different styles, so I put the question to you today: what is effective leadership to YOU? What are the essential characteristics, what are top priorities, and what are “nice to have” items?
