Be a role model for your people. Do the right thing, even when it’s not the easy thing. Make sure your actions are above reproach and avoid even the appearance of bad-acting.

It might mean that you pass on a chance to get a small, short-term gain. But it will be better for you and everyone else in the long-term. Your people will know they can trust you. Your clients will know they can trust you. And you’ll sleep better.
