Share your vision for success with that.
Recognize that you and your team have limited bandwidth. If you tune in to the top priorities, you can maximize those efforts. However, if you diffuse your efforts in too many directions, you’ll show less progress in each area, and that not only wastes effort, it also can demotivate your team members.
When something is important, it’s worth fighting for. But if it isn’t important, use to your highly-valuable time to make progress on something that is.
