Don’t punish your people for not doing everything perfectly the first time.
Don’t take the work back and do it yourself. Ideally, your people should always be doing a mix of work at which they excel and work that grows their competencies. Give them growth opportunities and training, and then give them deadlines for the “first draft,” so you can help them revise it to be client-ready before the final deadline.
