Grow your people. The investment of time into your mentee will grow them into a more competent professional. That more competent professional will accomplish more and can grow others. And those “grand-mentees” can do the same. And so on, and so on.
Investing in your people can impact more lives than just the two people having the conversation about career development, and the effects can have an impact even years later.
