Make a Difference

You probably have a few of these ideas—the “wouldn’t it be great if…” ideas. Consider which of them can be made reality. What would it take? If you come up with a plan to make them happen, run it by people on your team. If they buy-in to it (or come up with ways to do it even better), make it happen!

Getting a team from where it is now to a better position is at the heart of effective leadership. What can you do to lead your people to a better situation?
