Leading Change
“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” ~ Muriel Strode
It’s okay to do something new.
It’s okay to say, “Hey, what we’re doing now isn’t working very well anymore.”
It’s good to consider new ways to do well.
If the market is changing (and most of us see that happening around us these days), then we can either stick our heads in the sand and hope it will all turn out okay, or we can figure out how we can adapt to what we see coming, or we can look to find ways to influence the situation itself to make it better.
What can you to do protect your people? What can you do to keep your current clients and hopefully draw in new ones? What do customers not even know they need that you can provide? Does the disruption create opportunities for doing something new or doing something better?
Don’t wallow in the negatives; focus on blazing the new path forward.
