Hire people with high integrity

When you are hiring people, their integrity is key.

When you empower your team members, you are giving them a piece of your power. Make sure they are someone you would trust:

• To have a credit card linked to your account, and

• To take care of your plant, pet, or offspring

If they can’t be trusted with money and/or living things, what can they do on your team without close supervision? If you have competent, high-integrity people on your team, you can relax because they will handle things well. Hire people with integrity, and you will sleep better at night.
