As leaders, our people are always watching. Be the kind of person you want them to be. Act with the integrity you want them to show. Be worthy of being a role model to them.

This is easy when things are going well. But rise to the challenge when you are tired or in a bad mood. Rise to the challenge when things are going badly. If it were easy, everyone would do it. It’s difficult, but your people will draw confidence from your example.
