Communicate to Motivate

When speaking to groups, you need to win through on many levels:

• Say it in a way that catches the attention of the listeners

• Keep their attention

• Build agreement or buy-in

• Move them to action

It’s not easy, but when done well, it’s a thing of beauty. Here’s a sample:
