Be strong for your people.

A weak, fearful leader is more concerned with saving their own bacon than they are with taking care of their people. People who continue to follow them will often be used as “human shields.” People don’t respect someone who uses them like that.

We will all feel fear from time to time. Courage is being afraid, but still doing what needs to be done. Show courage.
