What do you want to get done?

Share a vision of what you want to accomplish.

Focus on what will be great when it’s done. And then work your tail off to make it happen, and invite other people to join you in your efforts.

A lot of people don’t look to build that vision for a better outcome. Others have the vision, but it’s all talk, no action.

See it. Share it. And then do it. It’s better to make your corner of the world a better place than to focus on getting the credit for doing it.
