Hopeful Vision

Even when things are uncertain or not going well, don’t add to the discouragement your people might be feeling.
Focus on getting through to the other side. Focus on the outcome that will make things better. When discussing the problems, emphasize how you and the team will get through it.
You might not always succeed, but killing the impulse your people have to even keep trying will always result in failure.
