Honest Feedback
Be the kind of leader people want to work for. That means listening to your people.
Ideally, that means getting honest input from your team members. If you surround yourself with “yes-men” and “yes-women,” you will make worse decisions.
Don’t reward sycophancy. Encourage your people to give you their best judgment.
