Handle With Care
Your people want to give you their best efforts… sometimes.
If you see that a team member is having a bad day, it’s a good idea to, you know, CARE.
Not everyone is going to be at their best all the time—if they were, that would be their default, not their best. If someone is down or struggling or “meh,” check in with them and make sure they are okay. Ask if there is anything you can do. Affirm that they are a valued member of the team.
Take care of your people.
