Half a Year
Did you set some goals for 2025? As of today, half of your time is gone.
If you are on-track, then great! If not, now is a great time to refocus.
Consider any strategic initiatives or milestones. Are there things that need action? Add them to your to-do list or get a meeting on the calendar.
Consider the career development objectives for your team members. If you and each person set some goals during their last performance reviews, where are they with those?
Consider the people who were focusing on some “areas for improvement” or who had “professional improvement plans.” Are they on-track again?
Let’s start Q3 with vision for success and motivation to accomplish things that will make a positive impact.
