All of your people are helping more junior staff members grow into their potential.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all situation—different people need different things to bring this out. Some need encouragement. Some need training. Some need experience. Some need to be “unleashed.”
Consider what you can do today to grow your people. And consider longer-term investments in developing each person on your team. As they grow, they can accomplish so much more. It’s worth making the effort.
