Have a vision for what success looks like. It will keep you going when things get hard. Develop a plan for maintaining successes, so that they don’t atrophy from neglect.
You don’t have to do it all, if you share that vision and empower your team members to keep things moving. Your people can develop or inherit good practices from your example and your guidance.
