So, we have a water cooler here on-site that uses 5-gallon refillable bottles that we have delivered monthly.

In an effort to minimize the storage space, we purchased a rack on which to store them. and while I was putting this rack together, I managed to hit myself in the face with a wrench.

Fun.

There’s a balance point for which leaders should probably aim, and it’s between rolling up your sleeves and pitching in as a leader and giving yourself a swollen nose and a shiner. Know when you might not be the best person to do the job, and delegate appropriately. #LifeLessons

For the record, I’m fine—a cold pack has kept the swelling down, and makeup easily will cover up the bruising.
