Don’t just hire a resume. Hire a person.
Technical skills are important for many positions, but your team will be more successful long-term if the people you hire ALSO can work and play well with others, if they are motivated to do good work and learn more skills, and if they have high integrity and value fairness.
Hire good people. Value them. And you will have more effective and successful teams.
