Build a Team

If you want to build a successful team, bring in people who know more than you and/or are smarter than you. If you only recruit people who are less capable than you are, then YOU are the limiting factor for that team’s success.

Bring in capable people. Bring in young talent who need to build their experiences and grow their skills. Bring in people with a good attitude and strong integrity. And definitely bring in people who have strengths in areas that are not strengths for you.
